How do I invest?
To invest with us, it is necessary to be registered member. For this purpose you are required to fill in the registration form. Choose your username, password, e-mail and also fill up other required fields. Upon registration, you will be able to login to your personal account and make a deposit.
What payment methods are accepted?
For now, we only accept E asset payments, Payment Codes(Gift Cards), Wire tranfers and Bank to Bank transfers based on request .
Can I change my password, e-wallet number and e-mail?
Change of the password can be made in the MY ACCOUNT section. E-mail and e-wallet number can be changed only through a RoyalElipse Administrator for safety purposes. For this purpose, you should contact the Admin.
How does the referral pogram work?
You can earn up to 5% referral income from our referral program. However, please note that we monitor this project closely to avoid the 'Hit & Run' strategy.
Can I open several accounts?
NO! Having more than one account is forbidden. If user is found breaking this rule, all of the user's accounts will be closed and funds in the accounts, frozen!
How can I make a deposit?
After successfully creating your account, go to your user account area (dashboard) and click on 'Get More'. Investing starts from a minimum of $1000 per unit and a minimum of 5 units for a start, choose how much to pay and proceed with the deposit.
How long until the deposited amount appears in my account balance?
Your account is credited instantly after manual approval by our payments admins which usually takes between 5 - 10 minutes.
What is the minimum amount to withdraw?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $1,000 (USD) in Bitcoin equivalent. For example, if you want to withdraw $1,000 dollars, convert it to BTC and enter the value in the 'Amount to Withdraw' field.
How long until withdrawal is completed?
Withdrawal is instant. You receive your money in your BTC Wallet Address immediately after placing your withdrawal request.
